Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be notified to us within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging.

We will then arrange collection of your parcels from the original address we delivered. The cost of collection service is £12.00 excluding vat for the first 4 parcels and then £2.50 per parcel after, prices exclude vat. The cost of this service will be deducted from your store credit.
Of course, if the return is due to a fault or damage in transit to you we will happily replace the product free of charge. All faults need to be assessed before replacements sent and for damages we require photos of the outer cardboard and the inner product. Please note, we do not replace product where the outer cardboard box is damaged. We only provide replacement when the inner product is damaged.
